The AI sales workspace

The first thing
you open.

Your whole book in one place — Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, HubSpot and more, connected as you, in minutes. You shape the view by talking to it, and it tells you who to chase next.

We’re taking on a handful of design-partner teams right now.

The rep got nothing

Sales software was built for the manager, not the rep.

Forecasting for the VP. Coaching for the manager. Dashboards for the QBR. The rep got a form to fill out: five hours a week typing into a tool they never open, so a number could roll up for someone else’s meeting. Then “AI” showed up and mostly made it worse, promising to replace the rep with a bot you couldn’t question. Reps were never the problem. They just want their mornings back.

What it is

A workspace the rep actually wants to open.

01

The first thing you open at 8am

Most sales tools are one more thing to keep fed. This one builds itself around you: on day one, the agent interviews you and assembles your first board while you watch — every tile with an undo.

  • Ask for a view in plain English and it builds it.
  • Looks like the apps you actually like opening.
  • Move things around or undo a change. The layout is yours.
02

One view across your whole stack

Firstpane pulls from everything you already pay for. Any one vendor can only show you its own corner.

  • Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Stripe and QuickBooks — in the product catalog today, side by side.
  • Every figure shows how fresh it is, like “Salesforce, 12 min ago.”
  • Switch a vendor later and your setup stays put.
03

An assistant you train, that shows its work

Every suggestion comes with the reason behind it, and a link to check it yourself. You stay in control of every call. And it only knows what you’ve taught it.

  • Tap “Why?” on anything and see the evidence.
  • Teach it your rules in plain English. Nothing it learns is hidden.
  • It suggests, you decide. Undo is always one click.
  • Your morning summary lands in your inbox before you even log in.

The dashboard agent

Talk to your pipeline.
Watch it build.

Ask for a view in plain English. The agent checks your connected sources — Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, HubSpot — then builds a real widget and pins it to your canvas. It stays there. It’s part of your workspace, not a chat message you’ll lose in five minutes.

A Firstpane demo. The rep asks three questions in plain English and three widgets appear: At-risk renewals (4 accounts), Stuck deals (2), and Opened then quiet (3). Every suggestion shows why, and anything it does can be undone in one click.

Try one:

A single vendor can’t give you a single pane of glass.

No single tool sees the whole deal.

Copilot sees Microsoft. Agentforce sees Salesforce. Neither can see your Zoom calls or your 6sense intent, and your reps work across all of it. The free assistant in the bundle usually gets handed out and ignored. Pulling it all together is the actual job.

It shows its work — and your dashboard never invents a number.

Rules you can read. No AI between you and your data.

The AI writes rules you approve; a deterministic engine runs them. No model generates the numbers on your boards or in your digest — every figure there is computed from your data and traceable with one tap on “Why?”. And your connections are yours alone: your manager and your admin see none of your data by default. Visibility flows up only when you choose to share it — the exact opposite of the tools reps learned to call “the snitch.”

Trust, structurally

Built so you don’t have to take our word for it.

Your connections are yours alone

Connecting a source gives only your agent access. Managers and workspace admins see none of your data by default — sharing up is your call, always.

No AI in the read path

The agent writes configuration you approve; a deterministic engine executes it. When data is missing, it says so — it never fills the gap with a guess.

Approval-gated by default, always visible, always undoable

Changes that touch your data are approval-gated by default; everything the agent learns is visible, carries provenance, and can be toggled, edited, or undone by you at any time.

Operations hardened

Two-factor authentication on the operator console, encrypted credentials that fail closed, and an append-only audit trail of every administrative action.

We’re working on SOC 2 — controls already live. Ask us for the current security overview — including the parts that aren’t finished yet. We’d rather tell you first.

Book a demo or apply for a pilot

Be first through the glass.

We’re working with a small group of design-partner teams right now. Book a quick demo or tell us about your team, and we’ll see if it’s a fit.

We’ll only use this to get in touch about Firstpane.
